摘要
思想政治理论课是铸魂育人的主渠道,法治素养在法治中国建设中具有突出时代意义,作为高校思想政治教育一项重要任务的法治素养教育具有特殊重要性和现实紧迫性。高职高专思想政治理论课教师要在“思想道德修养与法律基础”和“毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论”课程教学中利用好法律基础常识及法治建设教学内容的有限课时,贯彻习近平总书记提出的思想政治理论课“八个相统一”要求,做到因材施教,创新教学方法。要突出培养法治能力的教育目标,运用启发式教育和案例分析法,采用问题引导模式,运用信息化平台等,以提高高职高专学生法治素养教育的实效。
Ideological and political courses are the main channel of soul-building and education. Legal accomplishment has contemporary implications in the construction of China under the rule of law. As an important task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, legal accomplishment education has special importance and practical urgency. In vocational colleges and universities, the teachers of ideological and political courses should utilize the limited class hours of both fundamentals of law and "rule by law" from the courses of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation" and "Introduction to MAO Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics", grant the "Eight Unifications" requests made by General Secretary XI Jinping for ideological and political courses, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and innovate teaching methods. Cultivation of the ability to "rule by law" should be highlighted as one of the educational goals, heuristic education and case analysis methods applied, problem-oriented models adopted and information platforms employed in order to improve the effectiveness of legal accomplishment education.
