摘要
目的分析社区2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症(HUA)流行状况和相关因素。方法选取2018年参加糖尿病并发症筛查项目的1005例社区2型糖尿病患者,对患者的基本情况、常规体格检查和临床生化指标进行分析。采用logistic回归分析社区2型糖尿病患者HUA的影响因素。结果1005例社区2型糖尿病患者中,HUA检出率为13.53%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别(女性)(OR=0.473)、HbA1c水平高(OR=0.542)是社区2型糖尿病患者HUA的保护因素;年龄(OR=1.733)、BMI(OR=2.083)、HDL-C(OR=1.479)、TG(OR=1.908)为危险因素。结论性别、年龄、血糖、血脂等与社区2型糖尿病患者HUA有相关性。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperuricemia(HUA)in patients with type 2 diabetes in the community.Methods A total of 1005 community patients with type 2 diabetes who participated in the diabetes complication screening program in 2018 were selected and the basic situation,routine physical examination,and clinical biochemical indexes of the patients were analyzed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of Hua in patients with type 2 diabetes in community.Results The detection rate of HUA was 13.53%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender(female)(OR=0.473)and high level of HbA1c(OR=0.542)were the protective factors for HUA in community patients with type 2 diabetes;age(OR=1.733),BMI(OR=2.083),HDL-C(OR=1.479),and TG(OR=1.908)were the risk factors.Conclusion Gender,age,BMI,blood glucose,and blood lipid were correlated with HUA in community patients with type 2 diabetes.
