摘要
目的基于中国心血管健康指数(CHI),研究上海市普陀区人群心血管健康水平现状,为辖区心血管疾病干预和防控政策制定提供科学依据。方法基于人口死亡信息登记管理系统、上海市慢性病及危险因素监测(2017)、人群健康素养监测和中国心血管健康指数(2017)的研究结果,分析普陀区心血管健康指数得分及各维度得分情况。结果2017年普陀区CHI得分为70.7,低于上海市平均分数而高于高于全国平均分数。普陀区居民危险因素暴露情况比较严重,其中超重率(37.15%)、肥胖率(17.47%)、中心性肥胖率(35.41%)、高血压患病率(31.81%,)、糖尿病患病率(19.58%)和高脂血症患病率(45.94%)均高于上海市和全国水平;心血管疾病救治能力有待加强。结论普陀区心血管疾病危险因素暴露情况较严重,救治能力有所欠缺,应有针对性地制定防控策略和措施,以改善人群心血管健康状况。
Objective To analyze the current status of cardiovascular health in Putuo District based on the China Cardiovascular Health Index(CHI),to provide the scientific basis for the intervention and prevention and control policies of cardiovascular disease in Putuo District.Methods Based on the results of Population Death Information Registration Management System,Shanghai Chronic Diseases and Risk Factors Surveillance(2017),Population Health Literacy Surveillance,and Cardiovascular Health Index(2017),the scores of CHI and each dimension in Putuo District were analyzed.Results The total score of CHI in Putuo District was 70.7,higher than the national average,but lower than the average score of Shanghai.The exposure of risk factors was serious,among which overweight rate(37.15%),obesity rate(17.47%),central obesity rate(35.41%),hypertension prevalence rate(31.81%),diabetes mellitus(19.58%),and hyperlipidemia(45.94%)were higher than those in Shanghai and the whole country.The ability to treat cardiovascular diseases needs to be strengthened.Conclusion The exposure of risk factors of cardiovascular disease is serious,and the treatment ability is deficient.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate prevention and control strategies and measures to improve the cardiovascular health of the population.
