摘要
目的:研究超分子水杨酸辅助治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法:选择笔者医院2017年6月-2019年1月就诊的106例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组53例,给予常规治疗;试验组53例,给予超分子水杨酸辅助常规治疗。比较两组的皮肤屏障功能相关指标、临床疗效、不良反应及随访6个月的复发率。结果:治疗后,对照组的TEWL、油脂、红斑量显著高于试验组,表皮含水量显著低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率84.91%,显著低于试验组的96.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率24.53%,显著高于试验组的不良反应发生率9.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,对照组复发率5.66%,与试验组的复发率1.89%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超分子水杨酸辅助治疗玫瑰痤疮可显著改善患者的皮肤状况,提高临床疗效,降低并发症,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To study the effect of supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of rose acne.Methods From June 2017 to January 2019,106 patients with rose acne were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(53 cases)given by routine treatment and the experimental group(53 cases)treated with supramolecular salicylic acid.Skin barrier function related indicators,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate at 6 months followup were compared.Results After treatment,the TEWL,oil and erythema in the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group,and the water content of the epidermis was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 84.91%,which was significantly lower than the total effective rate of the test group by 96.23%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 24.53%,which was significantly higher than that of the experimental group 9.43%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the control group was 5.66%,which was not significantly different from the trial group's recurrence rate of 1.89%(P>0.05).Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid for the treatment of rose acne can significantly improve the skin condition of patients,improve clinical efficacy,reduce complications,and have high safety.
