摘要
2020年是决胜脱贫攻坚之年,脱贫攻坚是全面建成小康社会的底线任务。基于大别山革命老区W村个案调查,从微观层面重点剖析深度贫困地区脱贫攻坚主要做法、成效。结果表明:加强基层党组织建设是根本保证、发展特色产业是重要途径、完善基础设施及公共服务是有力支撑、扶志扶智是内在动力、新型农业经营主体带动是必要条件。当前全面打赢脱贫攻坚战,重在巩固脱贫成果,亟须构建稳定脱贫长效机制。
2020 is a decisive year in the fight against poverty,which is the bottom line for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Based on the case study of W village of Dabie Mountain Old Revolutionary Area,the article analyzes main methods,results in deep poverty from the micro level,and reaches conclusions:strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organization is the fundamental guarantee,developing characteristic industry is the important way,perfecting infrastructure and public service is a strong support,inspiring ambition and intelligence is intrinsic motivation,new types of agricultural operators driving is a necessary condition.At the same time,the key to winning the battle against poverty comprehensively is to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and it is urgent to establish a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation.
