摘要
加速康复外科是近年来在欧美国家逐渐兴起并极力推崇一种新的理念,旨对围手术期患者实施的有循证医学证实的优化措施,进而减少患者心理以及身体遭受的创伤应激,达成加速患者的康复的目的。近年来国内已通过循证的方法证明在围手术期护理过程中安全、有效。在结肠癌患者手术治疗中,根据患者的个人意愿及耐受情况,制定不同的加速康复外科护理计划,在术前、术中、术后针对患者的具体情况有效地实施,使患者得到更舒适的住院体验。在保证医疗本质的基础上,如何科学有效地减少围手术期患者的应激反应以及术后的并发症,缩短患者的住院时间,减少患者的住院费用,在临床上有推广意义。
In recent years,enhanced recovery after surgery is a new concept gradually emerging in Europe and the United States,aiming at implementing evidence-based medicine proven optimization measures for perioperative patients so as to reduce the psychological and physical traumatic stress suffered by patients and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.In recent years,it has been proved safe and effective in perioperative nursing by evidence-based methods.In the surgical treatment of colon cancer patients,different nursing plans for enhanced recovery after surgery are formulated according to the individual wishes and tolerance of patients,which are effectively implemented before,during and after surgery according to the specific conditions of patients,so that patients can get more comfortable hospitalization experience.On the basis of ensuring the essence of medical treatment,how to scientifically and effectively reduce the stress response and postoperative complications of perioperative patients,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the hospitalization cost of patients,is of clinical significance.
