摘要
"一带一路"是国家经济发展的重大举措。发展国家及地区经济需要大量的创新型外语人才。通过对高校外语人才培养现状调查发现,目前外语人才只注重外语语言技能,而忽略应用型能力,不能适应国际化环境下外语人才发展的需求。从国际化外语应用型人才的培养机制与评价机制两个方面对构建适合"一带一路"背景下的国际化应用型外语人才培养及评价体系提出针对性建议与策略。
"One Belt,One Road"is a major measure for national economic development.The development of national and regional economy needs a large number of innovative foreign language talents.Through the investigation of the current situation of foreign language talents training in colleges and universities at present,it is found that foreign language talents only pay attention to foreign language skills,but ignore application-oriented abilities,which can not meet the development needs of foreign language talents in the international environment.From the two aspects of the training mechanism and evaluation mechanism of internationalized foreign language talents,it puts forward targeted suggestions and strategies for building an internationalized foreign language talent training and evaluation system suitable for the background of"One Belt and One Road".
