摘要 从标准适用范围、几何形状及尺寸的限制要求、应力计算、应力评定、疲劳评定、制造技术要求、检验与验收要求等方面介绍了GB/T 16749-2018《压力容器波形膨胀节》的主要修订内容,并与1997版本的该标准进行了对比。总结并列举了在2018版标准使用过程中出现的一些有争议的疑问,如多循环工况下疲劳累计损伤问题的考虑方法、HZ型膨胀节不适应疲劳工况、膨胀节标记方法中公称压力填写、膨胀节直边长度控制、许用疲劳次数范围过小及疲劳计算公式中σt修正系数或疲劳曲线下限修正系数取值等问题,借鉴EJMA—2015、ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1—2017、ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-2-2017和EN 13445-3-2014等标准对各问题进行了分析,并探讨了解决方案,可为今后2018版标准内容的进一步完善和适用范围的扩大提供参考。 The main revised contents of GB/T 16749—2018"Bellows Expansion Joints for Pressure Vessel"were introduced from the aspects of standard application scope,geometric shape and size restriction requirements,stress calculation,stress evaluation,fatigue evaluation,manufacturing technical requirements,inspection and acceptance requirements etc,which is compared with the 1997 version of the standard.Some controversial questions raising during the use of the 2018 version of the standard were summarized and listed,such as the consideration method of fatigue cumulative damage under multi-cycle conditions,the unsuitbility of HZ type expansion joints for fatigue conditions,the nominal pressure in the expansion joint marking method,the straight side length control of expansion joints,the too much narrow range of allowable fatigue times,and the value ofσtcorrection coefficient or lower limit correction coefficient of the fatigue curve in the fatigue calculation formula.With reference to EJMA-2015,ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-1-2017,ASME BPVC.Ⅷ-2-2017 and EN 13445-3-2014 and other standards,solutions for these questions were discussed and analyzed,which can provide reference for the further improvement of the content of the 2018 edition of the standard and the expansion of the scope of application.
