摘要
目的评价脑梗死患者采取半夏白术天麻汤联合依达拉奉治疗的预后效果,以保护患者脑功能、促进脑梗死患者康复。方法选择我院神经内科收治的84例脑梗死患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年5月,结合治疗方法的不同进行分组,每组42例。对照组患者采取依达拉奉治疗,联合组患者在对照组基础上配合应用半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经系统功能缺损情况、日常生活能力、脑部血流量改善情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,神经系统功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分以及脑部血流量均明显优于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采取半夏白术天麻汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死患者,可促进患者脑部血供、神经功能改善,从而改善患者预后、促进患者恢复。
Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with edaravone in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to protect the brain function of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods,42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with edaravone,and patients in the combination group were treated with banxia baizhu tianma decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficits,activities of daily living,and improvement of cerebral blood flow were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combination group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of nervous system function impairment,ability of daily living and brain blood flow were significantly better than those of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with edaravone to treat patients with cerebral infarction can improve the blood supply and nerve function of the patient's brain,thereby improving the prognosis of the patient and promoting the recovery of the patient.
