摘要
古代文人的名、字、别号往往蕴含丰富的文化信息,而其学术生涯、游艺活动与其名、字、号之间也或隐或显地存在某种呼应关系。清代著名学者朱彝尊不仅以诗词闻名,还善治金石学、游艺书画,他的学术追求、论艺旨趣与其名“彝尊”、字“锡鬯”、号“竹垞”“小长芦钓鱼师”等关系紧密,探析名、字、号的涵义和古代文人的学术生涯、艺文活动之间的互相映射,或是文艺思想研究的一条有益路径。
The given names,courtesy names and literary names of ancient literati often contain rich cultural information,and also implicitly or explicitly correspond to their academic careers and recreational activities.The well-known scholar Zhu Yizun of the Qing dynasty was not only famous for his poems but also good at the study of inscriptions on ancient bronzes and stone tablets,painting and calligraphy.His academic and artistic pursuits had a very close relationship with his name“Yizun”,courtesy name“Xichang”,and literary names“Zhucha”and“Xiaochanglu Fisherman”.Analyzing the interrelationships between the meanings of ancient scholars given names,courtesy names and literary names,and their academic careers and artistic and cultural activities might be a beneficial way for the study of literary and artistic thoughts.
