摘要
进入21世纪后,我国城市化发展速度突飞猛进,居住社区也在不断地发展,城市老旧社区作为其中更新发展的一环节,面临着诸多问题。在此背景下,结合昆明市篆塘社区的实地调研,对老旧社区居住环境问题进行研究,以问题为导向提出对建筑主体、交通系统、景观绿化和外部公共空间的微改造设计策略,为城市老旧社区的微改造设计提供参考。
After entering the 21 st century,Chinese urban development process is advancing by leaps and bounds,and the residential community is also developing continuously.As a part of the renewal and development,the old urban community is facing many problems.In this context,combined with the on-the-spot investigation of Zhuantang community in Kunming,this paper studies the living environment problems of the old community,and puts forward the micro reconstruction design strategies for the main building,traffic system,landscape greening and external public space under the orientation of the problems,so as to provide a reference for the micro reconstruction design of the old urban community.
