摘要
传统村落集聚型的小城镇具有历史要素集聚、文化传统集聚、产业资源集聚等特点,但同时也面临着保护与发展难以协调的矛盾。以杭州大慈岩镇为例,分析了历史、文化、产业、生态四项资源禀赋,提出了经济、社会、环境三大现实问题。通过相关案例研究,明确了传统村落集聚型的小城镇在空间集聚的基础上,要做好文化资源的集聚和发展要素的合力,处理好城与乡、村与村、小镇与产业的关系。最后,从区域联动、城乡统筹、一村一品、三生融合四个方面详细分析了大慈岩镇规划发展的思路与做法,以期能为同类型的小城镇规划建设提供思路。
Small towns with traditional villages have the characteristics of gathering historical,cultural traditions and industrial resources,but they also face the contradiction between protection and development,which is difficult to coordinate.Taking Daciyan Town as an example,this paper analyses the four resource endowments of history,culture,industry and ecology,and puts forward three realistic problems of economy,society and environment.Through learning relevant cases,it is clear that on the basis of spatial agglomeration,small towns with traditional villages should do a good job in the agglomeration of cultural resources and the joint efforts of development elements,deal with the relationship between town and township,village and village,town and industry.Finally,from the four aspects of regional cooperation,urban and rural coordination,one village one product,combination of production,life and ecology,this paper analyzes the ideas and practices of the planning of Daciyan Town,in order to provide ideas for the construction of the same type of small towns.
