摘要
大柴胡汤的功效与多种心血管疾病的危险因素相应。通过清利肝胆、通腑泄浊、和解健脾等功效,既可健运生痰之源,又可舒达肝气,还可通过增强大肠传导糟粕之功给邪以出路,对痰、湿、郁、热、瘀等体质要素均有改善作用,对于动脉粥样硬化性疾病的主要危险因素血脂异常也具有良好的调节作用。因斡旋枢机、解郁力强,还可调畅情志,治疗双心疾病,是心血管疾病早期预防的理想选择。
The effi cacy of Dachaihu Decoction corresponds to a variety of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.By dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow,dredging fu-viscera and removing turbidity,harmonizing and invigorating spleen,etc.,it can not only vigorously transport the source of phlegm,but also relieve and promote the stagnated liver qi.It can also strength the large intestine function of transmitting waste matters,providing a way out for pathogenic factors.Dachaihu Decoction can exert an improving eff ect on all constitution elements,such as phlegm,dampness,depression,heat and stasis,etc.,and it also has a good regulating eff ect on dyslipidemia,the main risk factor for atherosclerotic diseases.Dachaihu Decoction is reckoned as an ideal choice for the early prevention of cardiovascular diseases because of its intense capability of mediating liver and gallbladder,strong power of relieving depression,as well as its ability of regulating emotions and dealing with both cardiovascular diseases and mental illness.
