摘要
通过调研及分析,了解了直立式焦炉的具体工艺流程及加热流程,在此基础上为焦炉的自动控制过程设计一个系统。在焦炉的具体工艺情况下,通过传感器检测温度再通过变送器将温度信号反馈给PLC进行PID运算在传送给调节阀,从而达到反馈控制的目的。为实现人机交互,基于MCGS设计系统为控制系统设置了模拟组态动画界面,该界面能对系统进行实时监控,操作者可以实时了解现场动态数据同时可以对现场具体故障进行精准判断。该控制系统的实施可以大大提高焦炉的生产率,同时节省大量人工成本。
Through investigation and analysis,the specific technological process and heating process of vertical coke oven are understood.On this basis,a system is designed for the automatic control process of coke oven.The specific implementation method adopted in this paper is:in the specific process of coke oven,the temperature signal is detected by the sensor,and then the temperature signal is fed back to the PLC for PID calculation through the transmitter,and then it is transmitted to the control valve to achieve the purpose of feedback control.In order to realize the convenience of human-computer interaction,this paper sets up a simulation configuration animation interface for the control system based on MCGS design system.The interface can monitor the system in real time.Through the dynamic interface,the operator can understand the dynamic data in real time,and can accurately judge the specific fault on site.The implementation of the control system can greatly improve the productivity of coke oven and save a lot of labor costs.
