摘要
建立了三维真空热处理炉瞬态温度场的数值模型。对H13热作模具钢进行了真空加热过程的瞬态温度场数值模拟。评估了加热温度、加热速率、工件尺寸以及装炉方式对真空加热过程中温度场分布的影响,获得了不同条件下工件加热的滞后时间,为制订不同零件的真空热处理工艺提供参考。
A type of numerical model of three-dimensional transient temperature field in vacuum heat treatment furnace was established.The transient temperature field in H13 hot-work die steel during the vacuum heating was numerically simulated.The effect of the heating temperature,heating rate,size and loading way of workpieces on distribution of temperature field during the heating was evaluated,and,as s result,the lagging times of workpiece heated in the different conditions were obtained,which may be used as a reference for determination of vacuum heat treatment process for various parts.
