摘要
作为图书馆服务工作的重要组成部分,参考咨询工作越来越重要,这也是图书馆服务模式创新的重要方面。大数据技术的快速发展,为图书馆开展参考咨询工作提供了良好的保障,既有利于提高参考咨询工作效率,同时也能够使参考咨询工作模式发生变化。该文对此进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析大数据对图书馆参考咨询工作的影响基础上,重点分析了大数据时代图书馆参考咨询工作存在的问题,并提出了大数据时代图书馆参考咨询工作的发展方向。
As an important part of library service work,reference consulting work is becoming more and more important,which is also an important aspect of library service model innovation.The rapid development of big data technology provides a good guarantee for libraries to carry out reference consulting work.It is not only conducive to improving the efficiency of reference consulting work,but also can change the reference consulting work model.This article has conducted research and discussion on this,based on a brief analysis of the influence of big data on library reference work and focused on the problems of library reference work in the era of big data.It puts forward the direction of the library reference work in the era of big data.
