摘要 研究基于磁电阻原理的电流测试方法,提出基于单芯片、双轴、多轴磁阻、磁阻阵列等架构的电流测量系统。并有针对性地开展模块设计,并完成了基于磁阻效应的电流传感器硬件电路研发和测试形成一套完整的微型智能传感器设计方案,将大大提升将来各类微型智能传感器的研发效率。实现电网中电流、电压、温湿度等环境量的测量,为智能电网运行提供更全面、实时的信息支撑,进而为开展快速的电力系统故障辨识和定位、实现网络化的继电保护以及实时动态安全分析、智能电网运行提供更全面、实时的信息支撑,为智能电网的透明化奠定基础。 Research on current measurement methods based on the principle of magnetoresistance,and propose a current measurement system based on single-chip,dual-axis,multi-axis magnetoresistance,and magnetoresistance array architecture.And targeted the module design and completed the current sensor hardware circuit development and testing based on the magnetoresistance effect to form a complete micro smart sensor design plan,which will greatly improve the research and development efficiency of various micro smart sensors in the future.Realize the measurement of environmental variables such as current,voltage,temperature and humidity in the power grid,provide more comprehensive and real-time information support for the operation of the smart grid,and then develop rapid power system fault identification and location,realize networked relay protection and real-time dynamics,provide more comprehensive and real-time information support for security analysis and smart grid operation,laying the foundation for the transparency of smart grid.
