摘要
针对网络信息体系弹性影响因素重要性评估问题,提出了一种基于熵理论的群决策方法。在分析网络信息体系弹性作用过程的基础上,提炼了网络信息体系弹性影响因素;由熵权以及个体决策结果和群决策结果的偏差量,定义了专家的客观权重;提出了一种基于偏离度的权重调整算法,设计了网络信息体系弹性影响因素重要度等级映射方法,通过算例仿真验证了该评估方法的有效性和可行性。
The problems of assessing the importance of influential factors of resilience of network information system are focused,a method for group decision based on entropy theory is proposed.Influential factors of resilience of network information system are distilled on the basis of analyzing the resilience interaction process of network information system.The objective weights of experts are defined by entropy weights and the deviation amount between the decision results of the individual and the group.An algorithm of weight adjustment based on degree of deviation is proposed.A method of mapping the importance rank is designed.The validity and feasiility of the proposed method are proved by the calculation case simulation.
