摘要
开关和插座是生活中非常重要的电气设施,新装或更换均需使用到底盒,而固定这些开关和插座的底盒大多是塑料材质,塑料结构由于本身特性或是老化等原因容易损坏,尤其是用于固定开关插座面板的螺丝孔部位,损坏将导致面板无法固定而脱落,产生一定的用电安全隐患。更换底盒需要对墙面进行损坏和修复,费时费力,而胶带外贴面板固定又影响美观。因此,笔者结合国家标准GB/T13869-2008《用电安全导则》设计了一种操作简单、适用面广、可靠性强、不影响美观的底盒修复装置。
Switches and sockets are essential electric installations in daily life.During their installation or replacement,we need a bottom box to fasten them.However,most of such bottom boxes are made of plastic,which is susceptible to damage due to its intrinsic properties or aging.In particular,if the screw holes for fixing the switch or socket panel are damaged,the panel may become loose and even fall off,creating a hazard in electrical safety.In addition,replacing the bottom box is a time-consuming process where the wall has to be damaged and repaired.Alternatively,if we use adhesive tape to fix the panel,the appearance will not be as neat and clean as the concealed panel.In this context,a simple,widely applicable,reliable and aesthetically pleasing device for repairing bottom box is designed in accordance with the General Guide for Safety of Electric User(GB/T 13869-2008).
