摘要
应用型民办本科院校是我国多元化教育中一支重要力量。在人才培养方面更应根据自身的办学特点,构建精准的实践育人体系。本文在探讨了国内外实践育人体系的基础上,分析了我国应用型民办本科院校在构建精准实践育人体系上存在的问题,从教育思想、课程体系、校企合作、创新创业与师资建设方面提出了构建精准实践育人体系的策略,以期促进应用型民办本科院校的发展。
Application-oriented private universities are an important force in the diversified education in China.In the aspect of personnel training,we should construct a precise practical education system according to our own characteristics.On the basis of studying the system of practical education at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems existing in constructing the embodiment of precise practical education in the applied civilian-run universities in China and puts forward the strategies of constructing precise practical education system from the aspects of educational ideology,curriculum system,cooperation between schools and enterprises,innovation and entrepreneurship,and the construction of teachers to promote the development of applied civilian-run colleges and universities.
