摘要
现阶段经济社会发展处于转型期,同时,随着高等职业教育扩招的推进,服务面向应届初中毕业生,以培养初、中级技术技能型人才为主要目标,以就业为主体功能的中等职业教育面临重大生存危机和发展危机,究其原因是中等职业教育功能定位失调。基于此,从中等职业教育功能定位的逻辑起点“整合”入手,对中等职业教育功能定位失调进行现状分析,进一步整合国家需求和个体需求,明确新形势下中等职业教育功能定位的应然样态:中等职业教育的民生功能占据主导地位;中等职业教育服务面向广大平民;中等职业教育定位于促进个体职业生涯发展的职业基础教育。
At present,the economic and social development is in the transit ion period.At the same time,with the promotion of the expansion of higher voca tional education,the service is for the new junior high school graduates.The main goal is to cultivate the primary and secondary technical talents.The second ary vocational education with employment as the main function is facing the major survival crisis and development crisis.The reason is that the secondary vocat ional education function positioning is maladjusted.Based on this,starting fro m the“integration”which is the logical starting point of the function orient ation of secondary vocational education,this paper analyzes the current situation of the imbalance of the function orientation of secondary vocational education,further integrates the national demand and individual demand,and clarifies the proper situation of the function orientation of secondary vocational education in the new situation:the livelihood function of secondary vocational education occupies the leading position;the service of secondary vocational education fac es the general public;the secondary vocational education is oriented at the voc ational basic education which promotes the development of individual career.
