摘要
刀盘主驱动减速机作为盾构机的核心部件之一,对其结构进行有限元分析具有重大的工程应用价值。针对TBM170113主驱动减速机结构,建立了各级行星架的有限元分析模型,得到了不同工况下的结构应变及应力情况;并且进行了主驱动减速机空载、加超载试验,试验结果表明该减速机结构强度满足工作要求,验证了该型主驱动减速机产品设计的合理性。
The main drive reducer of the cutter head is one of the core components of the shield machine,and the finite element analysis of its structure has great engineering application value.According to the structure of the TBM170113 main drive reducer,the finite element analysis model of the planet carrier at all levels is established,and the structural strain and stress conditions under different working conditions are obtained;and the no-load and overload tests of the main drive reducer are carried out.The test results show the structural strength of the reducer meets the working requirements,which verifies the rationality of the product design of the main drive reducer.
