摘要
相比传统的驻极体麦克风,微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical systems,MEMS)麦克风拥有体积小、耐热性好、一致性好、稳定性好、可靠性高、抗射频干扰等优势,还可以输出数字信号并有利于智能化发展,其市场规模在近10年保持快速增长的势头,各种新兴应用层出不穷,从智能手机到智能音箱,再到真无线立体声(true wireless stereo,TWS)耳机。基于MEMS麦克风热门应用和市场情况,分析全球MEMS麦克风产业现状及中国MEMS麦克风厂商的崛起,研究MEMS麦克风发展趋势和智能麦克风产业化情况。
Compared with the traditional electret condenser microphone,MEMS microphone has the advantages of small size,good heat resistance,good consistency,good stability,high reliability,and anti-radio frequency interference.MEMS microphone can also output digital signals and facilitate the development of intelligence.The market of MEMS microphone has maintained a rapid growth momentum in the past ten years,and various new applications of MEMS microphone have emerged one after another,from smartphones to smart speakers,and then to true wireless stereo(TWS)headphones.Based on the popular applications and market situation of MEMS microphones,this paper analyzes the status of MEMS microphone industry and the rise of Chinese MEMS microphone manufacturers,and also studies the development trend of MEMS microphones and the industrialization of smart microphones.
