催化裂化轻汽油吸附脱硫工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 在200 mL固定床反应器上,以催化裂化轻汽油为原料,采用吸附脱硫的方法,考察了吸附脱硫过程的影响因素以及脱硫剂的稳定性,并优化了脱硫工艺条件。结果表明:优化后的最佳脱硫工艺条件为反应温度340℃、反应压力0.6 MPa、进料体积空速5 h^(-1)、氢油体积比50;在该条件下,经过1600 h长周期运行,脱硫率为70%~85%,烯烃体积分数损失为0.8%~1.5%,脱硫后催化裂化轻汽油中含硫量均低于10μg/g,符合国Ⅵ汽油标准。 The influencing factors of adsorption desulfurization process and the stability of desulfurizer were investigated in a 200 mL fixed bed reactor with fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)light gasoline as raw material and the desulfurization process conditions were optimized.The results showed that under the condition of a reaction temperature of 340℃,a reaction pressure of 0.6 MPa,a LHSV of 5 h-1 and hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 50,the best optimal results could be obtained.After 1600 h of operation under those optimal conditions,the rate of desulfurization was in the range of 70%-85%,the volume fraction loss of olefins was 0.8%-1.5%.The sulfur content of light gasoline after desulfurization was less than 10μg/g,which could meet the nationalⅥstandard.
