摘要
针对周边环境复杂、地质条件差的深埋地铁隧道施工扰动大的问题,以南宁地铁3号线青秀山站暗挖隧道为工程依托,提出以非爆破为导向的铣挖法施工技术。结合复杂隧道暗挖施工作业空间小、交叉节点多的特点,对隧道施工中垂直运输、挖装运、通风、超前支护和衬砌作业线机械配套选型进行分析,并在压入式通风的基础上计算了双线隧道所需风量。
Aiming at the big construction disturbance problem of deep-buried subway tunnel in complicated surroundings and poor geological conditions,a new non-blasting milling excavation construction method is proposed based on the project support of Qingxiushan Tunnel on Nanning metro Line 3.Combined with the characteristics of small working space and multiple crossing nodes in complicated deep-buried tunnel excavation,the mechanical matching selections for vertical transportation,excavation loading,ventilation,advanced support and lining line in tunnel construction are analyzed,the air volume required by the twin-track tunnel is calculated on the basis of forced ventilation.
