摘要 医院岗前培训主要是针对新职工进行的全脱产集中培训,是使其加快角色转变,迅速适应岗位需求,提升医疗服务质量和加强人才队伍建设的重要途径。该文总结分析医院岗前培训的重要意义和具体内容,并从加强培训规划、方式创新、内容完善和强化考核评估等方面进行了岗前培训创新的探索研究,以期有助于岗前培训工作更有成效开展。 The pre-service training in hospital is a kind of full-time and centralized training for new staff,which is an important way to accelerate the role change,adapt to the post demand,improve the quality of medical service and strengthen the construction of qualified personnel.This paper takes pre-job training in hospital as the research object,summarizes and analyzes the significance and specific content of pre-job training,and makes preliminary exploration and research from the aspects of strengthening training planning,mode innovation,content perfection and assessment,to facilitate the effective implementation of pre-service training.
