摘要
近年来,冷辗扩技术在中小型轴承套圈加工中得到广泛应用,有效降低了优质轴承批量制造及其成规模优化加工的工艺成本。但市场上尚缺乏中大型冷辗机,影响冷辗技术进一步推广应用。本文通过分析中大型冷辗机的特点,建立LN300型中大型冷辗机的辗压力模型、驱动力模型,以此为基础设计设备各部件的尺寸参数并通过有限元仿真对其进行应力分析。最终给出了设备的应用范围,并通过实际加工对其进行了工艺测试。
In recent years,cold rolling and expanding technology is widely used in small and medium-sized bearing ring processing,effectively reducing the process cost of high-quality bearing batch manufacturing and its scale optimization processing.However,there is a lack of medium and large cold rolling machines in the market,which affects the further application of cold rolling technology.In this paper,we analyse the characteristics of medium and large cold rolling machine,establish the rolling pressure model and driving force model of LN300 medium and large cold rolling machine,design the dimensional parameters of each component of the machine and analyse the stress by finite element simulation.The application range of the machine is finally presented and the machine is tested by practical machining.
