摘要
改革是哈萨克斯坦经济增长和社会稳定的动力来源。自2019年接替纳扎尔巴耶夫担任哈萨克斯坦总统以来,托卡耶夫总统励精图治,在复杂的政治环境之中,意图在哈萨克斯坦留下浓重的托卡耶夫印迹,政治改革和经济改革等措施陆续颁布实施。尤其是2020年新冠疫情爆发以来,托卡耶夫总统领导哈萨克斯坦取得了抗疫的成功,为哈萨克斯坦2020年经济增长和政治稳定奠定了基础。
Reform is the driving force for Kazakhstan's economic growth and social stability.Since succeeding Nursultan Nazarbayev as president in 2019,President Tokayev has worked hard in a complex political environment in order to leave a strong Tokayev footprint in Kazakhstan.Political and economic reform and other measures have been promulgated and implemented.Especially since the outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020,Tokayev has led Kazakhstan successfully fighting against the epidemic and laid the strong foundation for Kazakhstan's economic growth and political stability in 2020.
