摘要
在商业卫星项目工程实践过程中,卫星总体与协作单位之间没有行政关系,对所需产品研发过程的数据积累也不够充足,难以编制层级清晰、工期估计准确的项目计划。针对上述问题,论文设计了一种工作项目分解方法,并提出了5种工期估计手段。
In the engineering practice of commercial satellite projects,there is no administrative relationship between the satellite units and the collaborating units,and the data accumulation of the product research and development process is not sufficient.So it is difficult to compile a project plan with clear hierarchy and accurate time limit estimation.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a work item decomposition method,and puts forward five methods of time limit estimation.
