摘要
受教育承载力是指种族群体为完成物质资料的生产和人类自身的再生产等社会使命,在符合生理规律的前提下,理论上能接受或完成学校教育的年限。判断种族群体受教育承载力的最重要的显性指标是:接受学校教育的年限。种族群体受教育承载力是随着社会变迁、学校教育尤其是义务教育普及年限的延长而变化的。对于大多数种族而言,接受小学(5—6年)以及初中(3年)的学校教育,他们尚能完成物质资料的生产与人类自身的再生产——种族繁衍两种再生产的任务,尚未超出其受教育承载力。而普及高中及高中后教育,表面上促进了人类文明的进程,提高了国民素质,多数种族可以完成物质资料的再生产,却无法完成种族的繁衍任务,这表明:普及高中及以上教育,超出了大多数种族的受教育承载力。
The carrying capacity of education is the number of years that ethnic groups can theoretically accept or complete school education on the premise of conforming to the physiological law in order to fulfill the social mission of material production and human reproduction.The most important explicit indicator to judge the educational capacity of ethnic groups is:the number of years of schooling.The educational carrying capacity of ethnic groups changes with the social changes and the extension of school education,especially the popularization of compulsory education.For most races,primary school(5-6 years)and secondary school(3 years)are still capable of reproducing the material as well as the person itself-both reproduction and reproduction of the race,but not beyond their educational capacity.The popularization of high school and post-high school education ostensibly promotes the progress of human civilization and improves the quality of citizens.Most races can reproduce material materials,but cannot reproduce themselves.This shows that the popularization of high school education and above is beyond the educational capacity of most races.
