摘要
PID控制技术在工业发展的过程中具有非常重要的地位,是工业稳定发展、创造创新工业生产加工工艺的内在驱动技术,也是实现工业科技升级、促使工业发展由“高速”向“高质量”转变的关键技术。在新时代发展背景下,社会经济发展态势整体稳中向好,对工业技术的应用和发展也更注重质量,明确PID控制技术在工业自动控制中的应用原理和应用方法是提升PID控制技术在工业自动控制中的应用效能的基本要求。基于此,本文分析了PID控制技术的工作原理,并依据此工作原理论述了控制器各参数的选择办法,旨在为广大从业人员提供有效参考,进而为我国工业自动化的发展提供优质技术资源。
PID control technology plays a very important role in the process of industrial development.It is the internal driving technology for industrial stable development and innovative industrial production and processing technology.It is also the key technology to realize the upgrade of industrial science and technology and promote the transformation of industrial development from“highspeed”to“high quality”.In the context of the development of the new era,the overall social and economic development situation is stable,and the application and development of industrial technology also pay more attention to quality.To clarify the application principle and application method of PID control technology in industrial automatic control is the basic requirement to improve the application efficiency of PID control technology in industrial automatic control.Based on this,this paper analyzes the working principle of PID control technology,and according to this working principle,discusses the controller parameters of the choice method,in order to provide effective reference for the vast number of practitioners,and then provide high-quality technical resources for the development of China’s industrial automation.
