摘要目的探讨基于全息经络理念的刮痧疗法联合五行音乐在肝郁气滞产后缺乳产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月医院产科收治的因肝郁气滞产后缺乳产妇310例,将其按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组实施基于全息经络理念的刮痧疗法联合五行音乐,比较两组产妇乳房胀痛分级、乳房硬块消除程度及胀痛及硬块的消除时间。结果干预后,观察组乳胀疼痛缓解程度优于对照组,乳房硬块消除程度优于对照组,乳房胀痛及硬块的消除时间短于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝郁气滞产后缺乳产妇中应用基于全息经络理念的刮痧疗法联合五行音乐疗法,可缓解乳房胀痛,缩短胀痛和硬块消失时间,促进产后的乳汁分泌,保证新生儿营养供应。 Objective To explore the application eff ect of scrapping therapy combined with fi ve-element music based on the concept of holographic meridian in the postpartum women who were lacking breast milk due to stagnation of liver qi stagnation.Methods To select 310 cases of women who were lacking breast milk due to stagnation of liver qi stagnation and were admitted to the obstetric department of hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability between the basic characteristics of the groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented scrapping therapy based on the concept of holographic meridian combined with fi ve-element music to compare the grading of breast swelling pain,the degree of breast lumps elimination,and the elimination time of swelling pain and lumps between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the degree of relief of breast swelling pain in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the elimination of breast lumps was better than that of the control group,the elimination time of breast swelling pain and lumps was shorter than that of the control group,and the diff erences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scrapping therapy based on the concept of holographic meridian combined with fi ve-element music therapy in postpartum women who are lacking milk due to stagnation of liver qi can relieve breast pain,shorten the time for pain and lumps to disappear,promote postpartum milk secretion,and ensure the nutrition supply of newborns.
