摘要
中国维系社会稳定与有效治理的机制有多种解释,文化治理可能也是一条解释路径,即通过充分地运用传统的文化资源来获得国家的合法性。文章因此建构了一个基于基层政权与民间社会的文化系统动态反应模型,一方面展现了国家基层政权如何利用文化治理来获得合法性的细节与技术:博物馆—寺庙神道,现代化与传统性的交融;复兴的传统节庆,合法性获得与本土权威的树立。另一方面表明国家获得合法性的过程并不是单向的,而是必须要渗透农村社会而后贯彻其政治意图,存在着国家审美与民间偏好的互动。国家与乡村在文化系统的动态反应模型中通过形塑、影射、渗透、延伸、挪用与创变保持平衡。最后提出了文化治理在乡村的限度,需警惕文化治理的戏剧性演绎、文化治理对生活渗透的边界问题以及文化治理主导权的互动与均衡。
There are many explanations for the reasons of China s sustained economic growth and social stability.Cultural governance may also be a way of explanation,which is to obtain the legitimacy of the country by making full use of traditional cultural resources.Therefore,this paper constructs a dynamic response model of cultural system based on the national grass-roots regime and rural civil society.Through empirical research,on the one hand,it shows how the national grass-roots regime can use cultural governance to obtain the details and technologies of legitimacy:Museum-Temple Shinto,the integration of modernization and tradition;revived traditional festivals,legitimacy and local authority.On the other hand,it shows that the process of obtaining the legitimacy of the country is not one-way,but must permeate the rural society and then implement its political intention,with the interaction between national aesthetics and folk preferences.In the dynamic response model of the cultural system,the state and the countryside maintain a balance through molding,mapping,infiltration,extension,misappropriation and innovation.At last,it proposes the limitation of cultural governance in the countryside,which needs to be aware of the dramatic interpretation of cultural governance,the boundary problem of cultural governance penetrating into life,and the interaction and balance of cultural governance dominant power.
