阶次跟踪在行星齿轮箱非平稳信号故障诊断中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 齿轮箱行星轮系复杂的结构导致常规的频谱和解调方法在分析此类振动信号时,频谱会出现"模糊"现象,不能有效提取齿轮箱行星轮系故障特征频率。为此,提出了一种阶次跟踪新方法,把时域非平稳信号在角度域进行等角度重新采样,变成角度域平稳信号,再对角度域平稳信号进行傅里叶变换可得到阶次谱。考虑转速对故障频率的影响,总结了齿轮箱太阳轮、行星轮和内齿圈的故障阶次特征表。通过对风电齿轮箱振动信号的阶次分析,实现了变转速工况下的故障诊断。结果表明:阶次跟踪方法能够识别时变工况下齿轮箱行星轮系故障特征频率并对故障进行准确定位,体现了阶次跟踪技术在时变工况下故障诊断的优势。 The vibration signals of a planetary gearbox are complexdue to the complexity of its structure.The traditional frequency spectrum of the vibration signal in the variable speed condition is ambiguity.Here,the order tracking method was introduced into the planetary gearbox under speed variation conditions.The fault characteristic orders of a speed-varyingplanetary gearbox were summarized.Using the order tracking,the non-stationary signal in time domain was converted into stationary signal in angle domain.The results show that the order tracking has ability to identify the fault frequency,which is very effective for fault diagnosis under speed variation conditions.
