摘要
针对新钢铁连铸坯定尺偏差大,稳定性差等现象,通过开发应用连铸机定重定尺切割系统,并结合实际运行情况开展二次改善,提高了铸坯称重一次合格率,改善炼钢、轧制工序数据不对称现象,使轧钢转序钢坯的重量波动大幅减少,轧钢成材率提升,增加了企业的经济效益。
In view of the phenomenon of large deviation and poor stability of new steel continuous casting billet,combined with the actual operation,the second improvement is achieved through the development and application of constant weight and fixed length cutting system of continuous casting machine,which improves the first pass rate of billet weighing and the data asymmetry between steel-making and rolling processes.The weight fluctuation of steel rolling sequence billet is greatly reduced,the yield of steel rolling is increased,and the economic benefit of the enterprise is improved.
