主流BIM平台在水利工程设计施工中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 在工程建设过程中,设计与施工两者是对立统一、不可分割的整体。然而我国水利工程中设计与施工却普遍存在分割现象,导致建设周期、质量、成本不易控制。欲借助BIM技术助力设计施工一体化,提升项目管理精细度,那么将设计BIM模型顺利移交至施工阶段应用是基础。依托上海市张泾河南延伸整治工程泵闸项目,对主流BIM平台Autodesk(简称A平台)及Bentley(简称B平台)在水利工程行业的对接及应用进行了研究,验证了运用B平台建立设计模型,延伸至A平台中进行施工应用的可行性,同时总结梳理了从设计模型传递至施工阶段应用的"最省钱"技术路线,节约了参建方盲目的二次开发或软件购买费用,可为企业BIM软件选择、设计到施工BIM技术一体化应用提供参考借鉴。 Design and construction are unity of opposites and inseparable in a project.However,for some water conservancy projects in China,the two stages are generally separate,resulting in the poor control of time,quality and cost of a project.To use BIM technology to assist the integration of design and construction,improve project management precision,successfully transferring the design BIM model to the construction stage is the basis.Based on a pump-gate project in the renovation project of south extension section of Zhangjing River,this paper studied the link-up and application of the mainstream BIM platform Autodesk(referred to as A platform)and Bentley(referred to as B platform)in the water conservancy project,and verified the feasibility of using B platform to establish design model and then extend to the construction stage in A platform.At the same time,it summarized the "most cost-saving" technical route from the design stage to the construction stage,which can avoid blind secondary development or software purchase,and provide reference for the selection of BIM software and the integration of design and construction of BIM technology.
