摘要
在工程项目施工建设中,施工现场管理将会给工程整体施工效果带来一定影响。但是从目前情况来看,在现场管理中依然会面临各种问题需要改善,以减少施工建设中各种安全隐患。将PDCA模式运用到工程施工现场管理中,能够有效提高工程施工水平,保证工程施工质量。基于此,本文就结合PDCA模式概念概述,重点分析PDCA模式在工程施工现场管理中应用,并进一步探讨PDCA模式在工程施工现场管理中应用问题和对策。
In the construction of engineering projects,construction site management will have a certain impact on the overall construction effect of the project.However,judging from the current situation,there are still various problems in the on-site management that need to be improved to reduce various hidden safety hazards in construction.Applying the PDCA model to project construction site management can effectively improve the level of project construction and ensure the quality of project construction.Based on this,this article combines the concept overview of PDCA mode,focuses on analyzing the application of PDCA mode in engineering construction site management,and further discusses the application problems and countermeasures of PDCA mode in engineering construction site management.
