摘要
基于压电驱动技术,提出了一种适用于织机的新型压电驱动高频喷射阀,为满足喷气织机引纬控制阀的工作需求,设计了一种柔性铰链微位移放大机构,来实现该织机喷射阀喷气口的启闭工作。首先对该阀的柔性铰链微位移放大机构的结构类型、材料选择、转角刚度、最大应力进行分析,再利用ANSY软件对其进行仿真分析。结果表明结构设计是合理的,能够满足织机喷射阀的工作需求,为压电驱动高频喷射阀的频率响应分析提供了依据。
Based on the piezoelectric drive technology,a new type of piezoelectric driven high frequency jet valve for loom was proposed.To meet the working requirements of weft insertion control valve in air-jet loom,a micro-displacement amplification mechanism of flexible hinge was designed to realize the opening and closing of the jet valve of the loom.Firstly,the structure type,material selection,angular stiffness and maximum stress of the flexible hinge micro-displacement amplification mechanism of the valve are analyzed,and then the simulation analysis is carried out by using ANSY software.The results show that the structure design is reasonable and can meet the working requirements of the loom jet valve,which provides a basis for the frequency response analysis of the piezoelectric driven high frequency jet valve.
