摘要
文章在污泥含水量发生变化的情况下,利用污泥中的固体含量不变的原则,通过一般性的假设条件,采用物料恒算的方式,推导建立污泥在含水量发生变化时的一系列计算过程,可以方便的求出脱水减容后的污泥体积变化、脱水减容比、脱除的水体积等,在实际应用中具有十分重要的意义,可以为后续污泥脱水减容的计算提供基础。
A series of calculation processes for changes in sludge water content are derived in this paper from the perspective of mass balance and under general assumptions and circumstances in which sludge water content changes,as well as by the principle of constant solid content in sludge.This can facilitate the calculation of changes in sludge volume after dewatering,ratio of dewatering volume reduction,volume of dewatered water content,etc.,which is of great significance in practical application and provides the basis for subsequent calculation of sludge dewatering volume reduction.
