摘要
赖高山是台湾现代漆艺的创立者之一,早年留学日本,其漆艺技法与观念受日本影响甚深,在较深入了解日本历史与文化之后,他选择回到台湾奉献自己所学,希望能将所学技艺与台湾文化相结合,让漆艺台湾化,台湾本土能拥有自己不同于日本的漆艺术。赖高山的这种强烈的本土意识与文化取向,在其漆艺创作中得到充分的表现。其创作多元丰富,立足中华文化传统与本土历史人文,是台湾近百年漆艺的见证者、实践者。
Lai Gaoshan is one of the creators of Taiwan modern lacquer art.He used to study in Japan in his early years,so his skills and concepts of lacquer art are deeply influenced by Japan.After a deep understanding of Japanese history and culture,he returned to Taiwan and contributed what he learned.He hoped to combine the lacquer skills he learned with Taiwan culture,and endow the lacquer art with Taiwan’s characteristics.Therefore,Taiwan would have its own lacquer art different from Japan’s.Lai’s strong sense of nativeness and cultural orientation are also fully expressed in his lacquer creations.His creations are rich and diverse based on Chinese cultural tradition and local history and culture.His works are also the witness and practitioner of Taiwan’s lacquer art for hundreds of years.
