摘要
针对局部应力应变法在多轴缺口件疲劳寿命研究中未考虑应力梯度的问题,提出了考虑等效应变、非比例附加强化和应力梯度效应的多轴疲劳损伤参量。考虑剪应力和正应力梯度效应对材料疲劳损伤的影响,引入综合反映剪应力和正应力共同作用的等效应力梯度因子;基于Von Mises等效应变准则,结合Manson-Coffin方程,建立了一种考虑缺口件临界面上应力梯度效应的寿命预估模型方法,并且使用航空材料GH4169试件进行试验验证。结果表明,考虑应力梯度效应的多轴疲劳寿命预估方法的预测结果优于局部应力应变法。
Aiming at the problem that the stress gradient was not considered in the local stress-strain method in the fatigue life study of multiaxial notched components,a multiaxial fatigue damage parameter considering equivalent strain,non-proportional additional strengthening and stress gradient effects was proposedConsidering the effect of shear stress and normal stress gradient effect on material fatigue damage,an equivalent stress gradient factor that comprehensively reflects the combined effect of shear stress and normal stress was introducedBased on the Von Mises equivalent strain criterion and combined with the Manson-Coffin equation,a life prediction model method considering the stress gradient effect on the critical plane of notched parts was establishedAnd aviation material GH4169 test piece was used for experimental verificationThe experimentalresults showed that the prediction results of this method were superior to the local stress-strain method.
