摘要
针对传统探水钻孔施工过程中因无法实时对钻孔区段煤岩性进行采集、分析而导致的钻孔施工时盲目性大、钻孔段煤岩体岩性参数不准确等技术难题,掌石沟煤矿地测防治水科通过技术研究决定在探放水施工过程中安装ZKXG100型钻孔成像轨迹检测装置,通过在15201回风顺槽掘进期间探水施工中应用效果来看,该装置自动化水平高,对钻孔壁岩体成像清晰,提高了钻孔成孔率,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the technical problems such as the blindness and the inaccuracy of the lithology parameters of the coal and rock in the drilling section,which can not be collected and analyzed in real time during the traditional drilling process,the ZKXG100 type borehole imaging trajectory detection device is put forward in Zhangshigou Coal Mine through technical research.According to the application effect of drilling in 15201 return air trench,the device has high automation level,clear imaging of borehole wall rock,improved borehole porosity and achieved remarkable application effect.
