摘要
针对综采工作面机械设备数量多、设备安装工艺复杂,设备安装过程中事故率高、设备安装周期长以及安装后设备故障率高等技术难题,大斗沟煤矿机电科通过技术研究,从刮板输送机、液压支架、采煤机等重要机械设备着手,提出了合理有效的快速安装工艺,通过实际应用效果来看,大大提高了机械设备安装效率,保证了后期综采工作面安全快速回采。
In view of the technical problems such as the large number of mechanical equipment, the complex installation technology, the high accident rate, the long installation period and the high failure rate after installation, the mechanical and electrical department of Dadougou Coal Mine put forward a reasonable and effective quick installation technology from the scraper conveyor, hydraulic support, shearer and other important mechanical equipment through technical research. Through the practical application effect, the installation efficiency of mechanical equipment is greatly improved, and the safe and fast mining of fully mechanized mining face in the later stage is ensured.
