摘要
针对当前双电机采煤机存在转速不同步或者同步精度不高从而加剧零部件磨损及电机烧毁的问题,在分析采煤机牵引部结构及原理的基础上对传统双电机主从控制、并行控制以及并行+交叉耦合控制在其一电机受到扰动时另一电机的同步效果进行仿真分析,结果显示,应采用并行+交叉耦合控制方式对采煤机的双电机进行控制,有效解决了信号滞后性和电机转速不同步或同步精度不高的问题。
In view of the problem that the speed of the double motor shearer is not synchronized or the synchronization accuracy is not high,which exacerbates the wear of parts and the burning of the motor,Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of the traction part of the shearer,the synchronization effect of the other motor when one motor is disturbed is simulated and analyzed.It is concluded that the dual motor of shearer should be controlled by parallel cross coupling control,which effectively solve the problem of signal lag and motor speed synchronization or not high synchronization accuracy.
