摘要
感温电缆作为火灾报警的一种测温装置已广泛应用于电力行业、化工行业、公共场所及其他矿工企业的电缆隧道、电缆竖井、电缆沟以及电缆桥等。为解决现有感温电缆微处理器不能实现感温电缆电气故障辨识和短路故障定位的问题,设计了感温电缆电气故障辨识系统。该系统主要由单片机、供电单元、采集单元、辨识模块、声光报警系统、显示系统等组成,实现感温电缆电气状态的辨识和短路故障的定位,当发生电气故障时,通过声光报警系统进行报警,同时通过液晶显示器显示电缆状态和必要的参数。
As a kind of temperature measuring device for fire alarm,temperature sensing cable has been widely used in cable tunnel,cable shaft,cable trench and cable bridge in electric power industry,chemical industry,public places and other mining enterprises.In order to solve the problem that the existing microprocessor of temperature sensing cable can not realize the electrical fault identification and short circuit fault location of temperature sensing cable,an electrical fault identification system of temperature sensing cable is designed.This system is mainly composed of single chip microcomputer,power supply unit,acquisition unit,identification module,sound and light alarm system,display system and other components,realizimg the electrical cable thermal state identification and fault location.When electrical failure occurs,sound and light alarm system alarms;at the same time,the LCD displays the cable state and necessary parameters.
