摘要
汨罗江水封隧道内管卡不锈钢螺栓在施工完成13 a后发生了严重腐蚀,出现部分螺栓断裂的现象,为查明其腐蚀失效原因,对隧道内螺栓所处腐蚀环境、腐蚀产物、螺栓材质进行了检测分析。结果表明:汨罗江水封隧道内不锈钢螺栓安装方式不符合要求、螺栓材质不合格、螺栓选型不符合使用环境等多方面因素,共同导致了管卡不锈钢螺栓的严重腐蚀。
The pipe clamp stainless steel bolts of Miluo River water-sealed tunnel were seriously corroded and some bolts were broken after 13 years of construction.In order to find out the causes of corrosion failure,the corrosion environment,corrosion products and bolt materials in the tunnel were tested and analyzed.Results showed that the improper installation mode of stainless steel bolts,the unqualified bolts materials and the bolts selection failed to meet the conditions of the application environment and other factors caused severe corrosion of the pipe clamp stainless steel bolts.
