摘要
目的分析米索前列醇的药理作用以及应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月我院收治的产后出血患者76例,根据治疗方式差异分为观察组和对照组,其中,观察组患者应用米索前列醇治疗,对照组患者应用宫缩素,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的止血效果明显优于对照组,米索前列醇的应用效果更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇在产后出血止血中具有良好的作用,有利于减少出血时间,缩短产程,止血效果显著,应用价值较高,因此值得在临床上进行推广使用。
Objective To analyze the pharmacological action and application effect of Misoprostol.Methods 76 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the difference in treatment methods.Among them,observation group was treated with misoprostol while control group was treated with contractile.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The hemostatic effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The application effect of misoprostol was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol has a good effect on postpartum hemorrhage hemostasis,is beneficial to reduce the bleeding time,shorten the labor course,hemostasis effect is significant,the application value is high,so it is worth to be popularized in clinical use.
