三维子宫输卵管超声造影在输卵管通畅性评估中准确性及安全性分析

Accuracy and safety analysis of three-dimensional hysterosalpingography in evaluating fallopian tube patency

摘要 目的观察三维子宫输卵管超声造影在输卵管通畅性评估中准确性及安全性。方法选择54例不孕症患者(共105条输卵管)分别采用三维/二维子宫输卵管超声造影对输卵管通畅性进行评估,对比三维子宫输卵管超声造影与经阴道二维超声造影结果、准确性,并统计两组不良反应。结果经阴道二维超声造影检查和三维子宫输卵管超声造影差异不显著(P>0.05)。三维子宫输卵管超声造影与腹腔镜检查结果一致,二维子宫输卵管超声造影与腹腔镜检查结果一致,差异不显著(P均>0.05)。结论三维子宫输卵管超声造影可精准的评价输卵管通畅性,对临床诊断具有重要的价值。 Objective To observe the accuracy and safety of three-dimensional uterine salpingography in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency.Methods Fifty-four infertility patients(a total of 105 fallopian tubes)were selected to evaluate the patency of fallopian tubes by three-dimensional/two-dimensional ceUS,and the results and accuracy of three-dimensional hysterosalpinx ceUS and transvaginal TWO-DIMENSIONAL CEUS were compared,and the two groups of adverse reactions were counted.Results There was no significant difference between transvaginal ultrasonography and three-dimensional hysterosalpingography(P>0.05).The results of 3d hysterosalpingography were consistent with those of laparoscopy,while the results of 2d hysterosalpingography were consistent with those of laparoscopy,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion 3D hysterosalpingography can accurately evaluate the patency of fallopian tubes and is of great value in clinical diagnosis.
