摘要
以文化国际主义为视角,分析全球体育治理存在的问题在于治理价值观的异化、治理主体的西方中心主义以及治理制度的发展困境。人类命运共同体的中国方案通过以包容互鉴的新型文明观塑造"以人为本"的体育价值共同体,以义利相兼的新型义利观塑造"共享共建"的体育利益共同体,以平等互信的新型权力观塑造"和衷共济"的体育行动联合体,循序渐进地引领现代体育破除治理困境。更具意义的是,人类命运共同体方案在体育场域治理范式的构建不仅能够烛照其它领域的治理体系建设,更能够从实践角度阐释人类命运共同体理念,为世界体育乃至人类健康发展提供中国智慧。
From the perspective of cultural internationalism,the study believes that the problems of global sports governance mainly includes the alienation of governance values,the western centralism of the governance subject,and the dilemma of the development of the governance system.The Chinese plan for the"Community of Shared Future for Mankind"has shaped a"people-centered"sports value community through a new concept of civilization that includes tolerance and mutual learning.Shaping the"sharing and co-building"sports interest community with a new concept of justice and benefit.Shaping the"sympathy"sports action complex with a new concept of power based on equality and mutual trust,and gradually leading modern sports to overcome governance difficulties.More importantly,the construction of the"Community of Shared Future for Mankind"program in the stadium domain governance paradigm can not only illuminate the construction of governance systems in other fields,but also explain the"Community of Shared Future for Mankind"concept from a practical perspective,providing Chinese wisdom for the healthy development of world sports and even human beings.
