摘要
目的探讨祛疣汤联合复方黄柏涂剂治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2019年11月本院收治的100例扁平疣患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用口服祛疣汤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用复方黄柏涂剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应及复发率。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率和复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛疣汤联合复方黄柏涂剂治疗扁平疣效果显著,不良反应较少,安全可靠,且复发率较低,可提高免疫力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Quyou decoction combined with compound Huangbai coating in treating verruca plana.Methods From January 2017 to November 2019,100 patients with flat wart were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Quyou decoction,the study group was treated with compound Huangbai coating on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of adverse reaction and recurrence was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quyou decoction combined with compound Huangbai coating is effective,safe,reliable in the treatment of verruca plana.It can improve immunity and has the value of clinical application and popularization.
